I was going to use a 2-dimensional array for a script but to my knowledge I am not able to implement a 2-D array so I decided on using a dynamic array. The result of this is a large gain in the runtime of the program for a large number of objects (in the range of 14,000). For this range of objects I am wondering if using dynamic arrays will be a reasonable option with minimum runtime in consideration.
Thanks for your time.

If a dynamic array doesn't provide what you what, do you have the background to a custom two dimensional array?

Typo corrections.

I don't understand the question. Are you saying that using a dynamic array (Array type) isslower than using a fixed array?
What are you storing in the arrays?
Are you storing strings? This will slow down your script as memory is consumed by the string table.

Yes Dynamic arrays of Array type seems to be slower than fixed arrays. We are only storing integers and it still significantly slows down our script.
Is there any way I can use this Dynamic Array and make it faster?
thanks!
